Corinne Ripoche

CEO 

Corinne became Chief Executive of ellio in August 2026, leading its carve-out from Capita plc. She took the helm with a simple conviction: build something people actually want to be part of.

She brings thirty years inside large organisations to that ambition — across human capital, customer experience and technology-enabled services — including as CEO of Capita Experience, CEO of Adecco Americas, and President of Pontoon Solutions.

Outside of work, she's involved with the Girls' Education Collective at Plan International, and keeps a daily meditation practice — the same discipline that keeps her grounded when she's building something new.

Tim Everitt

CFO

A strategic finance executive with 20 years of experience, Tim brings deep expertise in driving growth across complex global organisations, including delivering large scale transformations and M&A integrations. Prior to joining ellio, he served as Group CFO at The Wonderfield Group, and held senior finance leadership roles at RWS Holdings Plc and SDL Plc. Outside of work, Tim has a passion for sport and can often be found on a padel court or supporting his local football team.  

Paula Kennedy-Garcia

Chief Customer Officer, UKI

An award-winning CX leader and Forbes Technology Council contributor, Paula has over 25 years’ experience driving large-scale CX transformation for global brands. She specialises in blending emerging digital capabilities with human empathy to deliver frictionless operations across complex, regulated markets. Outside of work, Paula enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures and languages, and spending time with her two dogs - experiences that continue to shape her curiosity and perspective on people and customer experience. 

Dave Hopkins

CTO

With 45 years hands-on experience across IT, cloud architecture and telecommunications, Dave is a veteran technology leader who has built high-performance enterprise environments at scale. Throughout his career, he has specialised in designing large-scale European voice and contact networks, and guiding modern cloud and FinOps transformations for blue-chip enterprises.

Gillian Chamberlain

Chief Revenue Officer

Bringing over three decades of commercial leadership experience across enterprise tech and telecoms, including executive roles at BT and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Gillian specialises in scaling market presence and pioneering digital transformation. She excels at combining cloud, AI and multi-channel innovations with teams to deliver seamless, high-value customer outcomes. Outside of work Gillian enjoys sea swimming, hill walking and spending time with family. Living in Co. Wicklow in Ireland, Gillian makes the most of its mountains and coastline to unwind and recharge.

Hannah Stirrett

Chief People and Communications Officer

A seasoned communications strategist, Hannah has spent over a decade driving organisational change from the inside out across brands such as Capita, Pontoon Solutions and the Adecco Group. She pairs purpose-driven leadership with business ambition, bringing executive vision and employee engagement together to create culture, reputation and trust. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and embracing sporting challenges. Hannah is passionate about the role team sport plays in supporting mental health, building resilience, and developing great teamwork.

Phil Wheeler

Chief Operating Officer

With a track record of re-engineering target operating models to drive measurable productivity and growth, Phil brings over 20 years of expertise leading complex organisations and global transformations. With experience at Cielo, Randstad and The Adecco Group, he combines rigorous cost governance and process optimisation with a focus on change adoption, building resilient, future-ready teams. Outside of work, Phil supports youth social mobility as a mentor with Migrant Leaders, listens to audiobooks on long runs, and enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with his family.

Christian Ecknauer

Managing Director, Germany and Switzerland

Christian is an accomplished leader who focuses on scaling high-volume customer service delivery and strengthening long-term client partnerships across Germany and Switzerland. Outside of work Christian enjoys sports activities, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.
